- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Step-by-Step Air Fryer Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
